Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany (domestic) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany (domestic):

We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.00 per order.

International Deliveries:

We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Delivery Times

For goods customized according to customer specifications, the creation of the proof takes place within 3-5 days of the conclusion of the contract. The execution of the design work and the delivery of the goods will occur within 7 days after the approval of the proof (for agreed prepayment, this period starts after your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the offer.

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3-5 days for domestic shipments (Germany), and within 5-7 days for international shipments, after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

The minimum order value is: €50.00.
